About me
Originally from Portugal, I have spent most of my adult life living abroad. Having called Portugal, Spain, and Germany home, I speak four languages fluently. I have always been drawn to diverse ways of thinking, speaking, and existing in the world.
Living
Throughout my career, I have worn many hats: University Teacher, Translator, Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, Team Lead, and Coach. I’ve always followed opportunities that allowed me to explore new environments while honing new skills. I am passionate about people development and strategic planning, but above all, I love coaching.

I am an honest, empathetic, and open-minded individual with an analytical and strategic mindset. My core values, Honesty, Open-Mindedness, Empathy, Fairness, and Sustainability guide everything I do.
Values
On a personal note, I am the mother of an energetic, headstrong, and sweet young girl; partner to a kind, loving man; and caretaker of a brilliant, perpetually unsatisfied cat. I am 47 years old, and I embrace it wholeheartedly.
Family
I feel a deep, urgent need to contribute to the growth and fulfillment of others. This is why I am on a mission to foster well-being, impact, and connectedness through ROH Coaching.
Purpose
When I coach, I feel honored and profoundly grateful. Witnessing a client reach a realization, gain a new insight, or achieve a breakthrough is like witnessing a miracle. It fills my life with joy and meaning. It is work I want to do forever.
