Every chapter of my life has taught me to listen for what is said, notice what is not and stay curious about perspectives different from my own.
Originally from Portugal, I have spent most of my adult life living abroad. Having called Portugal, Spain, and Germany home, I speak four languages fluently. I have always been drawn to diverse ways of thinking, speaking, and existing in the world.
University Teacher, Translator, Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, Team Lead, and Coach; I followed opportunities that allowed me to explore new environments while honing new skills. I am passionate about people development and strategic planning, but above all, I love coaching.
I am the mother of an energetic, headstrong, and sweet young girl; partner to a kind, loving man; and caretaker of a brilliant, perpetually unsatisfied cat. I am 47 years old, and I embrace it wholeheartedly.
I feel a deep, urgent need to contribute to the growth and fulfillment of others. This is why I am on a mission to foster well-being, impact, and connectedness through ROH Coaching.
My analytical and strategic mindset is balanced by empathy and a commitment to seeing the whole person.
